Wow! Have just seen this amazing strength training video on Youtube!

If you want to see what true physical strength is, then check out some of the exercises these guys & girls are performing.

It’s all very well having ripped muscles and a toned physique, but those things don’t always translate to being strong. The athletes in this video show an amazing level of core strength, and show some really interesting strength training techniques that you may not have seen or tried.

This video gives a good demonstration of what can be achieved when a training regime that combines strength training with core stability training is undertaken.
